Technical Support – Inter (Utah Processing Center) – 3rd shift
Job description
This role is responsible for setting up and operating production equipment used to print, personalize, insert, and mail customer cards while meeting established production timelines. The position requires adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor card production and mailing equipment
- Ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
- Identify and escalate production, operational, or customer-impacting issues to management
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (average lifting requirement is approximately 25 lbs.)
- Comfortable using manual pallet jacks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
