Dexian is looking for entry-level staffing team members who – after just a few months of training – will move into account manager roles, helping us find terrific clients for whom we will find great temporary workers and full-time team members.

We call our training program “Associate Recruiter to Account Manager.” You’ll receive a healthy base salary during your training, as well as the chance to earn uncapped commissions on any sales you close.

This is a position for people who LOVE sales. Who aren’t afraid of approaching potential clients and hearing no a lot more often than they’ll hear yes.

In other words, there’s a lot of rejection. But if you love what you do – and you probably will –you can expect to be earning at least $310K throughout your 3-year sales development journey with us as well as great benefits! (You should anticipate moving to an account management position within a year or 18 months.)

No master’s degree is needed!

The staffing industry is a growth industry.
The IT staffing industry (our piece of the staffing pie) especially is looking exceptionally promising. As of 2022 the U.S. IT staffing market was valued at $32.50 billion in 2021 and is expected to reach $43.68 billion by 2027. That’s a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) growth rate of 5.05 percent.

This is an extremely fast-paced arena. No day will be like any other. You start out in an entry-level sales position recruiting candidates and have multiple training and development opportunities throughout your career path, one of which leads you to Account Management.

You’ll first focus on recruiting IT candidates (we call them consultants) and helping to fill open positions with our clients ASAP. Negotiating compensation rates, learning how to prospect and sell the different opportunities to these candidates. How to close. How to onboard and how to help find the best talent for our client. You’ll also be closely mentored by highly experienced sales professionals and leaders as you master sales fundamentals and competencies while building great habits.

What our sales training program doesn’t require:
A sales background. While sales experience is helpful, if you have an entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to succeed/become the best at what you do, you’re a great fit.
