- Attract and develop a world class sales organization
- P&L management: Manage the existing book of business – 10MM annual revenue
- Overall go to market Management:
- Build a plan to expand 10MM business to 25MM in 3 years Develop a sales strategy – hire and build sales team
- Manage day to day sales progress
- Hire, develop and manage sales team on day to day basis
- Operations: 20% of the role is to ensure MD can work with several stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, compliance etc.
- Oversee shared functions – finance, HR that operate locally and coordinate with corporate stakeholders
- Work with US MDs to drive more global account expansion in Europe region
- Diversify Europe outside main primary account – ExxonMobil
