Operations Analyst

SUMMARY: The primary focus of this role is to support the Compensation team by performing audits and analysis to ensure data integrity and effectiveness of the commission process. The Operations Analyst will play a vital role in providing meaningful insights to the business, utilizing data modeling and will provide excellent customer service to the internal sales team through execution on strategic initiatives as well as day to day support. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Serve as liaison between staff and management by analyzing and interpreting data for company procedures, policies, and workflows • Collaborates with the team to execute the monthly commission process by providing quality data analysis work and solving problems in an efficient and timely manner • Owns the commission questions ticketing queue by acknowledging tickets, researching questions with various stakeholders in the organization and generate accurate conclusions and actions using data from analytical queries and tools. • Prepare, analyze, and summarize operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts • Conduct full lifecycle of analytics projects (including pulling, manipulating, and exporting data) from project requirements documentation to design and execution • Run multiple audits before the commissions process to ensure data is updated and correct • Assists in the creation of training materials and job aids • Participates in project meetings with a key focus of operational efficiency. • Champion the sales process while seeking improvements that impact the teams’ productivity, account goals and overall performance. • Supports the Director of Operations to do frequent reviews of field needs, identifying problem areas and pain points and developing programs to address those needs. • The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with all levels of management to gain an in-depth understanding of our strategy and services. QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate should have: • 2-3 years of experience in an operations analyst role or equivalent • Knowledge of compensation/incentive principles • Prior experience supporting an outside sales team culture • Communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients • Mathematical skills to process complex calculations ...
