Job Title: Clinical Application Specialist

Department/Team Description
The Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) within the Digital Solutions Business is responsible for executing clinical education training and/or strategies that enable customers to achieve their desired outcomes using digital solutions. The CAS provides expert level education for the company’s enterprise software platforms including, but not limited to, Radimetrics Dose Management and Calantic platforms. In addition to product training CAS assists customers with best practices through a deep understanding of Radiology workflows. The CAS position impacts customer’s quality and process improvement efforts through a focus not only on technology, but the people and processes needed to achieve their desired outcomes. The clinical education team leverages self-serve, virtual, in-person and hybrid delivery approaches to meet diverse customer needs.

Position Summary
This role will contribute to the successful adoption of the Radiology’s Digital Solutions portfolio through expert product training, system organization, and best-in-class industry and clinical workflow expertise. These efforts will provide significant value to company customers as they work to achieve specific outcomes through the adoption of company enterprise systems.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinate, Schedule, and Execute on-site and virtual education sessions.
* Manage training documentation and report on education outcomes.
* Provide subject matter expertise to cross-functional groups including Support, Sales, and Marketing.
* Provide routine data organization within customer servers.
* Assist in the creation and revision of education content as needed.
* Gathers customer feedback, contributes to continuous improvement efforts and other strategic projects across the digital organization.
* Contribute to knowledge management initiatives to include knowledge base article creation.
* Build and maintain customer relations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain expertise with current software offerings as well as new versions and revisions. Assist in reporting and interpretation of training and customer health KPIs.
* Contribute to process creation and refinement within the Digital Radiology Business.
* Cross-functional collaboration to support new clinical application onboarding.
* Support Sales and Marketing through assistance with customer demonstrations and evaluations.
* Represent at conferences and trade shows both virtually and in-person.
* Good communication in English; speaking, reading, and written.
* Ability to support varying levels of travel, with peaks of up to 50% with some responsibilities representing overnight travel.

* Requirements/Preferences:
Education Minimum Requirement: Associates Degree
Education Preferred if different from above: Bachelors Degree

Skills & Competency Requirements
* Associates degree in a relatable technical / clinical discipline such as Radiologic Sciences or Information Technology with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience or bachelors degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or masters degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* Radiologic Technologist (RT) Certification
* Strong presentation, verbal, and communication skills.
* Ability to effectively communicate with individuals of varying educational backgrounds and skill levels.
* Ability to problem solve, manage complexity and ambiguity.
* Hands-on mentality, self-motivation, team-player attitude, detail-orientation, and have a result-driven mindset.
* Strong understanding of Radiology and associated IT workflows, including RIS, PACS, DICOM, and HL7.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite.
* Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software systems such as Salesforce, Kimble and ServiceMax.
* Strong time management skills.

Preferences
* Security + Certification (CompTIA)
* CIIP Certification
* CT, MR Modality or Quality Management
* Knowledge of dose management software, electronic medical record systems and/or PACS systems
