Job Title: ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Admin

Location: Remote (Local to St. Louis MO, Bloomfield CT, or Bloomington MN only)

Primary Responsibilities:

Position Title: ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Admin

Duties:

The ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Administrator will be a crucial member of the Vulnerability Management team, performing hands-on support for end-users, day-to-day maintenance, planning, and testing system upgrades, coaching other team members on best practices, as well as troubleshooting advanced custom applications. The ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Administrator will work with architects, developers, and other product members in the fulfillment of updates, fixes, and new features within our key application, ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (SN VR).

Skills:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot the performance of the ServiceNow environments (Dev, Test, and Production Instances). Conduct routine health assessments, ensuring peak performance and availability.
  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow security policies, roles, and access controls, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform regular application updates and patches, ensuring system stability and security compliance Lead Support interactions with Cases, Changes and Requests, and escalations.
  • Administer software and plugin upgrades, establish a rollback plan for upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption in case of unforeseen issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow requirements and streamline business processes.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics dashboards and indicators to provide insights into platform usage and performance.
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Document project-related configurations, customizations, and integrations, capturing lessons learned and best practices for future reference.
