Algo Execution Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented Technical Business Analyst to join our team!

Must-Haves:
-Hands-on experience with Algo Execution Platforms: Proven track record of working with algorithmic trading engines, Smart Order Routing (SOR), and execution workflows in equities, futures, or multi-asset trading.
-Experience in Low-Latency or High-Frequency Trading: Background in optimizing execution for high-performance trading environments or working with low-latency infrastructure.
-Strong Understanding of Market Microstructure & Trading Systems: Deep knowledge of order flow, market impact analysis, limit order book dynamics, and execution optimization strategies.
-Buy-Side and Sell-Side Exposure: Understanding of both buy-side execution priorities and sell-side market-making dynamics to better bridge trading strategy and execution technology.

Nice-to-Haves:
-Familiarity with API Development and OMS Integration: Experience working with APIs, FIX protocol, and integrating trading algorithms into order management systems (OMS).
-Technical Proficiency in SQL, Python, or KDB: Ability to query, analyze, and optimize execution performance data for slippage analysis, trade lifecycle monitoring, and system improvements.
