Job Title: Conversational Designer

Duration: 10 Months (with Chance for extension)

Location: (Remote)

Role and Responsibilities :

  • This team is focused on conversational experiences that help customers in client project. Curated help content and intersection of curated help with generated help as well as onramps to human help. Our team evaluates the experiences and makes sure customers are getting the best experience possible.
  • Senior Interaction Designer – conversation design, implementation of conversation design in the interface and cross collaboration with het team
  • Want someone to take ownership in the team and help develop and expand conversational experience reaching our customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to convey a strategy or design direction from end to end
  • Strong technical aptitude – conversational UI design tools that our team members use to design and implement these conversation flows
  • Able to evaluate how conversational design put forth is performing and be proactive in making recommendations to modify or improve
  • Voice and chat – ideal candidate would be able to adapt interaction design and do both voice or chat or text design. Majority of the work is in chat space.
