Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote after training) | 9 AM-6 PM CST
Overview:
Investigate fraud cases, verify customer identity, and support customers impacted by fraud via inbound calls and case reviews.
Requirements:
1+ year experience in fraud, customer service, or call center
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work multiple systems while handling calls
High School Diploma or equivalent
Key Duties:
Fraud and identity theft investigations
Customer identity verification
Case documentation and resolution support
