We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant: III (Senior) to play a pivotal role in our HR team. In this dynamic position, you will support employees through complex leave processes including Short-Term Disability (STD), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), all while managing essential mail support duties. Your organizational prowess and excellent communication skills will help ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment, making a real impact on employee well-being and company compliance.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in leave administration
- Strong knowledge of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA
- Minimum of 3 years in customer service with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through with accountability
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with leave management systems and document tracking tools
- Familiarity with mail processing and documentation updates
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree combined with relevant leave administration experience or equivalent work history in HR support roles

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a strong sense of reliability
- Additional certifications or training in HR or leave administration are a plus
- No travel is required for this position
