Job Title: IT Support Analyst (Right Angle)
Job Type: Contract
Location: Houston Texas (Hybrid)
Pay-Range: $50 – $55/Hr.
Role description
Nearshore support
- Incident creation/assignment (SNOW)
- Modify/build reports at user request (RA front end)
- Updating runbooks (regular outages like deployments, patching, etc)
Support audit requests
- Pulling data/evidence (RA)
- Maintain SOD matrix
- Help with user access reviews
Upgrade testing
- Execute test scenarios in a lower environment (RA)
