Job Title: Outbound Sales Consultant II
Duration: 6 months Contract with a possible extension
Location: Plano, TX

Summary
Essential Job Duties
- Managing incoming customer inquiries through an inbound call queue.
- Distributing leads to appropriate teams or representatives
- Making outbound calls, particularly to retention customers, to ensure continued engagement
- Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed.
- Maintaining a positive and professional tone in all client interactions
- Following up with customers to ensure resolution of their concerns and overall satisfaction.
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Associate / bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales support.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience with lead management, inbound call handling, and outbound calling.
