Job Summary:
We are seeking a Program Manager & Analyst to support an AI monitoring and insights workstream. This role will manage end-to-end program operations, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and develop executive-level reports and summaries. The ideal candidate will have strong program management, analytical, and communication skills, with an interest in AI and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly program delivery cycles, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate with business teams, subject matter experts, and data-focused partners to gather inputs and ensure timely deliverables.
- Prepare executive summaries, reports, and presentations that translate complex findings into clear business insights.
- Facilitate meetings, document key takeaways, and track action items.
- Partner with analytics teams to understand data outputs and support business storytelling.
- Leverage AI/GenAI tools to improve reporting, documentation, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain program documentation, knowledge repositories, and process workflows.
- Monitor AI industry trends and provide relevant insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of experience in Program Management, Business Analysis, Strategy, Consulting, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI trends and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services, consulting, technology strategy, or research environments.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Python.
- Experience working with data science or analytics teams.
- Experience building or improving operational processes and programs
