Pay Rate:$63.00 – $66.66 hourly on W2
Job Description:
Bring your expertise and leadership to a pivotal role that drives innovative field validation projects within a dynamic, global environment. As a Project Manager – Non IT IV, you’ll be at the forefront of executing complex engine repower activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of critical milestones. This onsite position offers the opportunity to influence the future of vehicle technology by managing multi-stakeholder initiatives and hands-on site support, including domestic and Canadian travel.
Required Skills:
- Proven project management experience, including coordination and communication with diverse stakeholders
- Hands-on knowledge of engine repower activities and how engines integrate within chassis systems
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to operate independently, anticipate challenges, and deliver results under tight timelines
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with OEM engine systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-world, complex environments
- Familiarity with international stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of engine mechanics and technical specification
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or a related technical field
- Prior experience in automotive or equipment repower projects
- Demonstrated success in managing field validation or testing activities
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel domestically and to Canada as needed
- Capable of working flexible hours, including occasional after-hours engagement with international teams
- Self-starter with proactive mindset and ability to influence without direct authority
