Salesforce Administrator

Job description

Salesforce Administrator with strong Tableau expertise to support our enterprise-wide RevOps strategy. This position plays a key role in advancing how we use Salesforce and Tableau to drive performance, transparency, and decision-making across the organization.
This is not just a system support role-we’re looking for someone who is equally passionate about building scalable solutions and enabling users to adopt them. You will be the central resource for all Salesforce configuration, Tableau dashboarding, and user empowerment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Continuous Improvement teams.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Development

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator for all business units within Bankers, managing user permissions, automation, workflows, objects, and platform integrity.
  • Lead and execute full-cycle Salesforce implementations, including data migration, system integration, and user training.
  • Collaborate closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gather requirements and implement automation and visibility solutions.
  • Partner with the CI team on process improvement projects requiring Salesforce and Tableau support.
  • Enable and educate business users on how to best use Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Conduct training, create documentation, and promote platform adoption.
  • Serve as a “culture builder” for data-driven operations and CRM best practices.
  • Lead system testing and rollout for new Salesforce implementations or major enhancements.
  • Ensure proper setup of Salesforce integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Aircall, etc.) and help onboard new tools as needed.

Tableau Administration & Analytics

  • Support and administer Tableau dashboards and visual analytics, including data blending, report scheduling, and user management.
  • Create and maintain user-friendly and insightful dashboards both within Salesforce and using third-party data visualization systems such as Tableau.
  • Develop complex reports to summarize data, provide insight, and help support organizational strategy, reporting, and decision-making.

User Enablement & Cultural Adoption

  • Champion the adoption of Salesforce and Tableau across the organization by:
    • Conducting training sessions and workshops.
    • Creating comprehensive user guides and documentation.
    • Acting as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to ensure tools meet business needs.
  • Monitor user adoption and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce and Tableau tools.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADX-211).
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201).
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a business setting.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle CRM migrations, including data mapping, system integration, and user training.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and reporting tools.
  • Tableau Certification (Desktop Specialist or higher) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Tableau Server and/or Tableau Cloud for multi-user environments.
  • Proficiency in creating calculated fields, parameters, data joins, and dashboard interactivity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Comfortable working across multiple business functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a RevOps, Sales Enablement, or cross-functional project environment.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, dialers, marketing automation tools, and lead generation platforms.
  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).

What Success Looks Like

  • You don’t just build dashboards-you help people understand them.
  • You make the CRM easier to use, not harder.
  • You help move ideas forward by translating business needs into scalable solutions.
  • You champion transparency, accountability, and adoption.
