What You’ll Do:

• Open and manage complex consumer and business accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trust & Estate, treasury services).
• Build lasting relationships by identifying client needs and recommending personalized financial solutions.
• Boost branch growth through proactive sales, cross-selling, and strategic partnerships.
• Delivering exceptional, memorable customer experiences-solve problems creatively and professionally.
• Step in as a team leader, providing guidance, approving transactions, and managing escalations when needed.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, regulations, and procedures (BSA & Info Security).
• Get involved: Participate in monthly business development activities and community volunteer initiatives.

What You Bring:

• At least 3 years of banking experience (advanced account openings & teller operations).
• Previous leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to connect positively with both customers and team members.
• Solid understanding of banking regulations, including BSA and Info Security.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems.
