Software Engineer in Test

• B.S. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field.
• 5+ years of test automation development using Java.
• Experience in testing distributed applications at multiple layers of the technology stack
• Experience using REST, Java, Web Services, SOAP, Git, JenkinsCore
• API testing experience with Karate Framework
• SQL for database testing
• Experience with test automation tools such as Cucumber, Karate and Selenium
• Hands on experience with crafting and maintaining testing frameworks like Junit, TestRunner, Selenium (TestNG)
• Demonstrated experience in DevOps and CI/ CD pipelines.
• Have the demonstrable ability to work independently as part of an Agile Sprint, Kanban team/squads
• Experience with agile methodology and tool sets (JIRA)
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical skills.
• Ability to work effectively on a globally dispersed team

• Java programming

• Strong with Test automation skills and able to add capabilities to the existing framework
• SQL for Database testing
