Sr Transportation Engineer

• Job Title: Senior Transportation Engineer
  Location: Hollywood, FL (Onsite – 5 days/week)
  Salary Range – 120-130K Base

  Overview
  We are seeking a Senior Transportation Engineer to join a growing transportation team supporting large-scale capital infrastructure projects within a well-funded organization. This is a newly created role driven by ongoing project expansion, offering the opportunity to work on roadway design, infrastructure improvements, and transportation planning across multiple locations.
  This role is ideal for a hands-on Professional Engineer (PE) with strong experience in roadway design, drainage, and public-sector standards, particularly within Florida.

  Key Responsibilities
  * Develop, review, and finalize roadway design plans for residential and infrastructure projects
  * Support the planning, design, and execution of transportation and civil engineering projects
  * Ensure compliance with FDOT and applicable regulatory standards
  * Provide technical expertise in drainage, traffic flow, and roadway safety
  * Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, and leadership on project delivery
  * Participate in design reviews, quality assurance, and technical problem-solving

  Required Qualifications
  * PE (Professional Engineer) license – required
  * 7-12+ years of experience in transportation or civil engineering
  * Strong background in roadway/highway design
  * Experience with drainage systems, construction, and infrastructure projects
  * Familiarity with FDOT standards and public-sector projects
  * Proficiency with design tools such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS
