Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Third Party Risk PM for an opportunity with a client located in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive review of current data transmissions with all FLUs, CIO, Data Executive, Business Information Security Officers, and Risk partners, to identify and execute opportunities to reduce risk of data shared with third parties
  • Create master data file with all attributes to be reviewed by FLUs and track mitigation options
  • Work with FLU assess options to mitigate risks sharing data with Third Party
  • Collect data from all horizontal FLU partners and Control Functions
  • Socialize with key stakeholders and executives
  • Escalate outcomes of risk review and recommendations to the proper Risk Routine

Requirements:

  • Strong written and communication skills with ability to tailor messages for senior executives
  • Experience in developing and executing monitoring and oversight programs
  • Project management, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor message to audience

  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and proactively complete work
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and ability to create compelling presentations in PowerPoint
  • Risk and/or Audit Experience
  • Project Management Experience
  • Problem Solving Experience/Training such as operational excellence, Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing Ability to synthesize data and use it to tell a story
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills with ability to positively influence and motivate teams
  • Comfortable with ambiguous situations capable of analyzing, simplifying, and collaborating to solve complex problems
  • Strategic thinker, self-starter, organized, versatile, and capable of performing work with minimal management oversight
  • Ability to coordinate and drive execution of priorities and meet deadlines to adhere to policies and standards Demonstrated increasing levels of accountability and ownership
