The goal of this program is to provide support for Account Managers during their first year of selling by providing ongoing mentorship, peer collaboration, and skill development. Through dedicated cohort sessions, focused discussions on best practices (such as time management, research, and messaging), and meaningful activities, the program fosters continuous growth and success.

Role Plays
Practice real-life sales scenarios to build confidence and refine techniques.

Shadow Top Performers
Shadow top performers during candidate and client meetings to learn best practices. Put into action what you learned by running your own candidate and client meetings.

Collaborative Peer Discussions
Meet weekly with peers to discuss wins, best practices, lessons learned, and takeaways from the sales-focused book.

Client Prospecting and Outreach
Develop skills in identifying and engaging potential clients through targeted prospecting activities and strategic outreach.

Leadership Mentorship
Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with leadership to receive personalized guidance, feedback, and support throughout the training.

Program Outline

This structured program equips future Account Managers with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in client-facing, relationship-driven roles from day one. You’ll start closing deals immediately, earn uncapped commission, and fast-track your career through our 6-month accelerated sales program. With a blend of training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, you’ll gain the tools to succeed quickly and sustainably.

Phase I: Staffing Readiness

13 Weeks

 

Focus of Phase I:

  • Build a strong foundation in staffing fundamentals.
  • Gain a clear understanding of the staffing lifecycle.
  • Learn to identify leads through cold calling, effective email messaging, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Practice real-world interactions through role plays and shadows.

Phase II: Sales Readiness

13 Weeks

Criteria for Phase II:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in staffing lifecycle.
  • Learn to effectively build and maintain both candidate and client relationships.
  • Achieve or exceed planned sales metrics.

Focus of Phase II:

  • Advance sales concepts by building on Phase I curriculum.
  • Shadow client meetings with other account managers.
  • Generate new business and learn how to position Debian’s capabilities.
  • Develop and refine individual go-to-market strategy.
