We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Assistant: III (Senior) to play a pivotal role in supporting our employees through their leave of absence journeys. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of leave administration, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or over 3 years of experience in leave administration
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience with strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving prowess
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Driven, reliable, and a self-starter capable of working independently

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with leave management systems or related software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR teams and management

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or leave administration
  • Proven track record of successfully managing leave requests and documentation
  • Prior experience in a high-volume customer service environment

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving setting
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
