Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Data Controls Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Data Control Governance
  • Ensuring process controls, data validation activities, and measurement processes remain timely and relevant
  • Create and maintain required documentation and evidence
  • Analysis of data sets and the ability to find patters and conclusions within the data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree / or equivalent work experience
  • Experience analyzing data, either in finance or another data control environment
  • Ability to map out steps in a process or program, and determine a path for execution on those steps
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be creative, and be able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities skills needed to perform complex data analysis
  • Must possess very strong communication skills with teammates and leadership
  • Ability to create management-ready presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to addressing issues
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Power Point) including advanced excel functions such as pivot tables
