Job Title : Insurance Claims Customer Service

Work Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months of contract with possible extention

Payrate $19-$20/hr.

Job description:

Position Overview:

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and excellent service to customers at all times in a high-volume, fast-paced in-bound call center environment.
  • Ask relevant questions to appropriately identify the correct area a caller needs to be directed.
  • Utilize resources including a software application and corporate directory to effectively route calls.
  • Performs duties according to established procedures.
  • Individual must be customer focused, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a busy call center environment.
  • Solid verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage high call volumes (approximately 75 – 90 calls per day).
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Uses administrative, data organizing and/or coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
