Duration: 12 months (with possible extension/Conversion)
Location: Brooklyn, OH
Pay Range: $60/hr to $65/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring epics, features, and stories align with business goals and are prioritized effectively.
- Craft high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria that meet Definition of Ready (DOR).
- Break down complex requirements into actionable items, facilitating seamless sprint planning and refinement sessions.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and architecture teams to define and deliver solutions.
- Translate business needs into precise specifications for system integrations and internal processes.
- Maintain clear and ongoing communication with cross-functional teams and provide updates to executives and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Agile practices, manage risks, and support deployment and production readiness processes.
- Monitor delivery metrics, promote continuous improvement, and uphold quality and governance standards.
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or senior Business Analyst, with a proven record of writing requirements and user stories.
- Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between business and technology.
- Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, PMPO, or equivalent).
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting system migrations or working within fintech, banking, or payments sectors.
- Familiarity with transmission systems like Lockbox, Remote Capture, or similar.
- Experience working with offshore teams.
