Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15219 (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Duration: August 17, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (Contract with potential extension/right to hire)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST
Pay Rate:$17 – $18/hour (W2)
Job Summary
Data Entry Clerk Contractor to support the Centralized Services Team (CST) within the Private Bank. This role will assist with increased business demand by processing money movement requests, updating client information, and performing data entry activities while maintaining accuracy and compliance standards.
Daily Responsibilities
- Review and approve virtual tickets related to money movement activities between accounts.
- Process account updates, officer code changes, and demographic information updates.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in internal banking systems.
- Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and missing information.
- Identify and correct data entry errors or transaction discrepancies.
- Assist with resolving out-of-balance transactions when required.
- Perform repetitive administrative and operational tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Follow established procedures and compliance guidelines for high-net-worth client accounts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and business partners through email and collaboration tools.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client and company information.
Required Skills / Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-3 years of experience in data entry, customer service, banking operations, or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience using:
- MS Outlook
- MS Teams
- MS Excel (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a team environment.
- Ability to transport and safeguard company-provided equipment.
Preferred Skills
- Previous banking or financial services experience.
- Knowledge of banking concepts such as:
- Credits and debits
- Wire transfers
- Checking, savings, and money market accounts
- Account maintenance processes
- Experience with data quality review, transaction processing, or loan/financial documentation.
