Job Description:

  • Writing, editing, and publishing digital content using modern content management applications
  • Professional experience in benefits administration, outsourcing administration, and/or financial services
  • Knowledge of Workplace Investing product offerings and how they are serviced
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong business and technical writing skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to build, edit, and publish succinct, clear, and effective content for a diverse set of content consumers
  • Conducting content quality checks to ensure successful publishing and adherence to style guides and standards
  • Collaborating with peers and partners to clarify requirements, prioritize delivery, and gain approvals prior to publication
  • Balancing pace and quality in a high-volume production environment to meet tight delivery timeframes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with internal business partners
  • Understanding of how Company products and services are administered and serviced by WI associates
  • Producing timely, quality compliant, easy-to-use content that drives achievement of business performance objectives
  • Understanding project relationships, how changes in one area may impact another, and responding instinctively
  • Proactively maintaining an understanding of the latest product, process, and technology developments that could impact content delivery
  • Promoting business partner understanding for how content can improve business outcomes
  • Supporting content transformation efforts in DCMS that increase process automation, making content easier to produce and consume
