Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for a life sciences organization. This role will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience and serving as a trusted talent advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for scientific, clinical, regulatory, quality, and corporate roles.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates against technical requirements, competencies, and culture fit.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to provide recruiting guidance and market insights.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, processes, and employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the ATS.

Qualifications

  • Proven success recruiting within the life sciences industry, including pharma, biotech, CRO, clinical research, or related sectors.
  • Experience independently managing full-cycle recruiting as a corporate recruiter.
  • Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate recruiting experience.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting scientific, clinical, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and other specialized life sciences talent.
  • Strong knowledge of life sciences hiring trends and talent markets
