Our program is built to immerse you in the recruiting world from day one. You’ll start with structured onboarding, including training in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate communication. Weeks are organized to blend classroom-style learning with real life recruiting situations. Expect a fast-paced, supportive environment where you’re always learning something new.

Recruiting is fast, intense, and rewarding! You will be making 50+ calls a day, hunting for talent in competitive markets, and hearing “no” more than “yes.” But if you’re resilient, coachable, and love a challenge, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll participate in live role-playing scenarios, resume workshops, shadow sessions with senior recruiters, and cold call power hours to build confidence and skills.

What is “Introduction 
to Recruiting (ITR)” at Dexian?

ITR is the first step in your Dexian journey and part of our Develop & Advance career path. It’s a 10-week training program designed just for new Associate Recruiters (ARs) to help you build a strong foundation in recruiting, feel confident in your role, and grow your career from day one.

What can I expect 
from the ITR experience?

ITR follows Dexian’s Recruiting & Sales Process—a clear, repeatable framework designed to help you build meaningful relationships and navigate the fast-moving talent world. It’s broken into three key stages:

From the start, you’ll be paired with a supportive RDP (Recruiter Development Program) unit—your go-to team for guidance, coaching, and encouragement. Together, you’ll build the skills and confidence you need to thrive, while learning how to succeed as both an individual and a teammate.

Creating lasting partnerships with consultants and clients.

You’ll learn the same approach our Sales team uses, so everyone is aligned and working together.
